Add a Coffee Vending Machine to Your Office

Most people in a 9 to 5 corporate or office job know the value and importance of a coffee while at work, or in the majority of cases, half a dozen coffees throughout the working day! There is no doubt that gathering in the office kitchen is a great way to socialize without seeming like you’re wasting time at work, but what it really comes down to is the coffee itself. It is simply a fantastic way to not only stay awake and alert at work, but to get through the day.

Most corporate offices have a kitchen with coffee making facilities. A new trend though is for companies to install fully featured coffee vending machines in the work place. This makes it even quicker to grab a coffee while working and does not involve kitchen gatherings; something that many corporate bosses and managers would love to avoid!

coffee-vending-machineVending machines are more commonly known to contain sweets, potato chips and drinks however in recent years vending machine manufacturers have become more creative and we are now seeing ice cream machines and of course, coffee vending machines.

Coffee vending machines have changed a lot. Instead of drinking the dregs that used to be served by yesterday’s coffee machines, you can Find machines that serve gourmet coffee, espresso, and even cappuccino.

The advantage of a coffee vending machine in the work place compared with kitchen facilities include:

  • No mess – no cleaning up counters or floors, the vending machine area remains clean at all times thanks to a shut off mechanism to stop dripping.
  • Fast – no standing around the kitchen wasting time at work; just go to the vending machine and instantly get your coffee.
  • Enjoy other hot beverages – in addition to coffee, most coffee vending machines can also dispense hot chocolate, tea and even soups!
  • Quantity – more than 1000 cups of coffee per day can be served from a coffee vending machine. That equates to many hours in the kitchen that would otherwise take employees away from their desks to make their coffee.

To run a vending machine you just need an electrical outlet and a water line to the machine. Employees simply put coins or notes into the machine to grab a coffee and the drink is delivered within seconds.

Companies can also inscribe their logo on the machine to make it look personalized and professional. Coffee vending machines are a great addition to any corporate work place and one that will please employees throughout the day.

Today’s coffee vending machines produce much better coffee than machines of a decade or more ago.

Very informative and concise! We find the new bean-to-cup machines are a definite hit. Managers like them for a number of reasons. First, no mess. Second, staff feel loved. Third, clients get a decent cup and fourth, staff stay at the office over lunch and other rest breaks. Coffee vending machines are here to stay!
