Dear Santa,

I hope that you are doing well. I have been very good this year or at least I have tried my hardest.

Santa, my list this year has only one thing on it that I really, really want, not just that I want….Santa, I need it. Please Santa, bring me some coffee that is oh so good. Coffee that is rich in flavor and aroma, coffee that will get me hopping to my feet in the wee hours of the morning when I need to get up and start my day.

I would prefer coffee beans either already ground or that I could grind myself, it really does not matter. The important thing is that these coffee beans will brew the most delicious, scrumptious coffee ever. They need to be subtle, yet powerful enough to give me a kick in the morning that will jumpstart my body and send me whirling into action.

My day is a busy one, Santa. There is a spouse to get going, kids to get off to where they are going and then there is my own day to deal with. I need something that will call to me in the morning, “Come and taste me. I will wake you up and keep you going all day.”

I have heard that the 100% Colombian coffee is consider one of the finest by coffee connoisseur. I know that it is a lot to ask of you, but when you are near Colombia can you pick up some of their coffee? I have been wanting to try it for a long time. And more thing, Santa…..my spouse will want to share this with me, so could you bring maybe a couple of pounds? Thanks, Santa, I really appreciate it.

Make sure to look on the table in the kitchen. I will be leaving you some coffee cake and my current brand of coffee to keep you on your toes for the rest of your busy evening.

Truly,
Java Sally
